Sales

PM Lubrication stands behind its products, knowing first-hand the advantages a high-quality lubricant can have on a wide variety of equipment.

PM’s lubricants are produced from the highest quality base stock including virgin Group II hydrocracked, Group III, Group IV and Group V Synthetic base oil. Combine the relative base with the very highest quality viscosity index improvers and the latest additive technology by leading industry suppliers, along with state-of-the-art blending techniques, and lubrication happens. PM Lubrication does not use recycled oil in the production process.

Consultancy and Advice

Our lubrication specialist, Brian Rutland, is backed by nearly 40 years’ experience and provides consultancy and advice when it comes to lubrication technology on a range of applications.

PM also advocates for operators to undertake preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdown situations.

Preventive Maintenance is scheduled maintenance on a piece of equipment, while stationary, so as to lessen the likelihood of it failing during further operation. Preventative Maintenance is performed while the equipment is working so as to lessen the likelihood of unnecessary breakdowns.

Oil Analysis

Oil condition and analysis is at the heart of PM Lubrication and its operations.

Routine oil analysis is proven to be an effective way of establishing the condition of a lubricant and determining optimum change intervals while maintaining continuous protection.

PM Lubrication works closely with a Queensland-based oil analysis laboratory to understand the condition of the oil and determine why a machine might be experiencing issues or failure.

Condition monitoring of fluids provides users with the option to greatly extend the life of the lubricant ensuring greater productivity, predictability and savings.
