PM Lubrication (Lubrication Active) was formerly the largest distributor in Australia of its namesake PM Lubricants, which served customers in North Queensland for 40 years.

With a reputable name, PM Lubricants was well known as the ‘preferred lubricants in the Australian agricultural industry’ and recognised as the initiators and founders of preventative maintenance thinking and practices.

PM Lubrication continues this tradition but with the incorporation of technological advances in lubricant production, filtration and analysis. The company understands the challenges faced by operators, having seen the many changes within the lubrication industry and the environment.

With an increased focus on limiting the world’s carbon emissions, this has placed impositions on Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to adopt new engine designs to meet prescribed emission levels.

A conventionally designed internal combustion engine has seen continuous development and modification to address emission control requirements, therefore placing enormous demands on lubricants.

PM Lubrication has partnered with machinery owners while these changes, and resulting issues, (such as engine oil temperatures running higher than water temperatures, high contaminant loads and engine failure), have occurred.

PM Lubrication provides its operators with the option of incorporating by-pass filtration to its portfolio of services to enable their customers to remain profitable.
